Sliding captions

A Freeway 5.5 Pro file demonstrating how to use CSS transitions to slide in image captions when the image is rolled over. The effect should work in most modern browsers including Internet Explorer 7 and above.

You should be aware that the document uses vendor specific styles which will currently cause the page to fail CSS validation.

    Currently updating my website and want to use this style of sliding caption rather than the standard rollover.
    Is it possible to get this rolled into an ‘action’?

      @Nik Thanks for you thoughts. Assuming I get enough people who want to see this as an Action I’ll almost certainly rewrite it so it uses JavaScript rather than CSS to do the transitions so more browsers are covered.

      I’ve made a start on this as an Action and will send you what I’ve created. I suspect I’ll totally rewrite it though as it currently offers little in the way of customisation and I’ve also a few ideas on how to make it more powerful too.
